Your Sponsorship
Sponsorships will play a critical role in meeting our financial goals
for the VERTICAL
HORIZON Heritage Concert Event. The success of this
event will not only make a significant contribution to the financial
needs of the project but will also demonstrate community support to
keep the project moving forward. The nationally known band VERTICAL
HORIZON will be entertaining an expected crowd of approximately 3,000
people.
Your
sponsorship will gain you visibility and community goodwill, while 100%
of your donation go to support this worthy community effort, preserving
the 1846 Blodgett House.
The Concert
The VERTICAL HORIZON concert
with Shock Stars as the opening act will provide an
opportunity to celebrate our heritage and welcome summer with friends and
neighbors while kicking off the 2008 Downers Grove Heritage Festival. The concert
will be held at the Heritage Festival Beer Garden Stage in the Library
Parking Lot. A portion of the ticket sales receipts will support the
1846 Blodgett House project.
